Is credit repair legal?


Yes, Credit repair is legal. The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. Our credit education will help you use the law in your favor.




When can I expect results?


Everyone's results vary. Typically our clients start to see results in as little as 35-45 days after enrollment.




What happens to  accounts when they are removed?


Removing items from your credit report does NOT remove your obligation to pay. You are still legally liable for that debt and need to settle it if it is within the statue of limitations in your state.




What can I do to help increase my score?


Credit restoration is a team sport. It is very important you are paying your bills on time, pay down credit card debt balances and/or build positive credit history if you do not currently have a lot of positive accounts.




Can you explain the money back guarantee?


Legally we can not gaurantee score increases or specific account deletions. However, you qualify for a full refund (minus the enrollment fee because this is a digital product) if we do not remove any negative items from your credit report after u have had 120 days (4 consecutive months) from the time that you retain our services. You have not disputed any accounts 6 months prior to signing up for our services. You have had no new collections or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you. You have maintained credit monitoring services at all times during the time frame we are assisting you. You agree & have sent updated reports/responses from the three credit bureaus & creditors to us within 5 days of receipt.
